How to Initiate a Return

 2 Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
 3 Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or a replacement, please follow the return procedure above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you.
